Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Tres Hewell Mortuary from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Rich Van Natter officiating. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. Murray was born on November 28, 1932 in Smiley, Texas to Augusta Fred and Merle (Bell) Rentz. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Order of the Sons of Hermann Lodge 37 and the McQueeney VFW Auxiliary. She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Melton Elley, her infant son, Ronald Ray Reneau, grandson, Casey Mason and twins, Aron and Ashley Elley, step-son-in-law, Clarence R. Moore and her parents. Survivors include her sons, Elton Reneau and wife Kay of New Braunfels, and Tim Reneau and wife Judy of Richland Springs, Texas; daughters, Cindy Mason and husband Roger of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, and Tammy Reneau of Seguin, Texas; .
